There has been a total 81 confirmed cases of COVID-19 among students and faculty at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

54 students and 27 faculty members have tested positive for COVID-19 at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette since March 16, as of Wednesday at 1:59 p.m., according to the university's COVID-19 dashboard. 46 students are in quarantine, as of Tuesday at 4:12 p.m., according to Senior Communications Representative Eric Maron.

Six of the quarantined students live on campus, while the remaining 40 live off campus. 11 of these students and faculty members tested positive after Sunday, Aug. 2, and five students and faculty members tested positive between Monday, Aug. 16 and Monday, Aug. 30.

On Wednesday, UL Lafayette published a COVID-19 Dashboard, which will keep track of COVID-19 cases at the university. The dashboard will be updated every day by 5 p.m., according to a statement released by the university.
