Officers arrived at Agnes Edwards Hall in response to the odor of marijuana and arrested a student at 9:53 p.m.

Officers arrested four students for possession of marijuana at Legacy Park Apartments at 4 p.m.

Officers arrived at Blackham Coliseum in response to a suspicious male at 10:22 a.m. and warned him not to return to university property.

Feb. 23

Officers received a report of the theft of a coin purse containing $300 cash and seven credit cards at 9:14 p.m.

911 operators received a call at 2:49 a.m. from Baker Hall regarding an intoxicated student, who refused transportation to a hospital and was referred to the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities.

Feb. 24

Officers arrived at Bonin Hall in response to the odor of marijuana on the second floor and recovered drug paraphernalia in a student’s room at 11:54 p.m. Officers referred the student to the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities.

Officers arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn in response to a female guest who was disturbing hotel guests and staff and refusing to leave at 7:32 p.m. Officers arrested the woman and booked her into Lafayette Parish Correctional Center.

Officers arrived at Agnes Edwards Hall in response to a suspicious non-student at 6:40 p.m. and escorted him off the property.

Officers found a “very intoxicated” student at the intersection of Saint Mary Blvd. and Girard Park Circle at 1:34 a.m. Officers referred the student to the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities.

Officers arrived at East University Avenue in response to an intoxicated man on a bicycle and arrested him for disturbing the peace by public intoxication at 12:58 a.m.
