Italians eat ice cream. Last year, the Bel Paese generated a turnover in the ice cream sector of more than 3.1 billion euros, with an increase of 3.5% compared to 2024. Going into detail, it is a non-self-refrigerating ice cream maker. First of all it is necessary to fill one of the containers with the appropriately prepared and mixed ingredients and then put it in the freezer for 24 hours. Then simply insert the container into the ice cream maker. The Chilluxe Stone Ice Cream Maker uses an interesting system for preparing ice cream, different from traditional ice cream makers that slowly cool the mixture. Its operation is similar to that of a blender, with the machine finely chopping the already frozen mixture, incorporating air and mixing it, creating a soft and creamy ice cream very similar to that produced by a traditional ice cream maker.
Equipped with an 800W motor and a 4-pronged stainless steel blade, the machine can easily process solid blocks of frozen ingredients to achieve a velvety texture.
