St. Petersburg woke up to a fearful attack by Ukrainian drones

A Ukrainian drone attack hit a Wildberries warehouse in the Leningrad region, just outside St. Petersburg, in the early hours of Friday 24 July. The impact caused a large fire, with two large columns of smoke visible from a distance.

It is the company’s fifth warehouse targeted since July 18. Kiev claims that Wildberries’ facilities are also used by logistics supporting the Russian military

In the same hours, a Ukrainian Flamingo cruise missile hit the Avitek plant in the Kirov region of Russia, about 800 kilometers north-east of Moscow.

The plant produces anti-aircraft missiles and other components for the Russian military industry.

Meanwhile, Trump’s (and the Maga world’s) narrative on Ukraine changes. Some of the most influential influencers of the US nationalist movement – Laura Loomer and Tim Pool – change their tune and speak openly about Kiev’s battle “for its very existence against an evil dictator.”

If Laura Loomer interviewed Zelensky abandoning the pro-Russian narratives, the figure of Tim Pool represents a litmus test: involved in the Tenet Media case, the company that according to the accusation was financed by the Kremlin to reward podcasts with 100,000 dollars per episode. Now he encourages Trump to do more for Kiev from the next meeting with Zelensky which will be held on the sidelines of the funeral of Senator Lindsey Graham, one of the supporters of the secondary sanctions that the US would like to apply to Moscow.
