DJI has launched the new dual-lens camera with stabilizer, Osmo Pocket 4P, available in two color variants: black and pearl white. Below is news, features and price.
Two objectives, maximum creative freedom
Osmo Pocket 4P features a dual-lens camera that allows you to effortlessly achieve cinematic visual effects, from wide-angle landscapes to portraits. The main wide-angle lens features a brand new 1-inch CMOS (20mm equivalent and f/2.0 aperture) and supports video up to 4K/240 fps. It also houses a new high-resolution 60mm medium-telephoto lens. It supports 3x optical zoom, up to 12x zoom and large f/1.8 aperture (f/6.3 equivalent depth of field).
Osmo Pocket 4P can also record Ultra HD 4K/240 fps slow motion videos, thus creating spectacular slow motion sequences.
Maximum stability
Osmo Pocket 4P includes the innovative Ronin stabilization system. Packed in a compact 230g body, its advanced 3-axis mechanical stabilizer promises smooth and stable shooting. Furthermore, the new ActiveTrack 8.0 keeps people, vehicles, pets or objects in the center of the frame, even with 12x zoom, recognizing the protagonist of the scene or keeping multiple subjects in the center of the shot at any focal length thanks to automatic framing.
Other features
Osmo Pocket 4P offers several features designed to simplify the creative process, including:
- Instant Recording: Rotate the touchscreen to turn on and start recording quickly.
- Gesture control: Show an open palm to activate ActiveTrack, or show the “V” sign to start recording.
- 4K Live Photos: Capture memories on the go by automatically recording 1.5-second clips of each photo, with 4K detail.
- High-resolution photos: Take photos at up to 37 MP with razor-sharp details that can be reworked in post-production.
- High-Speed Transfer: USB 3.1 support enables wired transfer speeds of up to 800MB/s for near-instant exporting.
- Greater operating autonomy and fast charging: recharge from 0 to 80% in just 18 minutes to be able to shoot up to three hours. When fully charged, it offers up to 210 minutes of battery life.

Pocket 4P is compatible with the range of accessories from the Osmo ecosystem. These include the Osmo Pocket 4 fill light, the Osmo Pocket 4 battery grip, the Osmo mini tripod, and several OsmoAudio microphones.
