Equality is transparency
There gender equality It is not only a question of social justice, but also a strategic factor for the ethics, transparency and competitiveness of organizations. With this awareness, ATRA (Italian Association of Transparency and Anti -Corruption) will present in Rome next Friday 24 January the Manifesto “Being equal to be transparent”during an event organized in collaboration with the representation of the European Parliament in Italy.
This ambitious document aims to break down the Gender Pay Gapeliminate pay inequalities, and enhance female leadership through professional growth paths based on merit and skills. But it does not stop there: the manifesto also aims to guarantee safe and respectful work environments, adopting effective policies against harassment. Card is not only a set of good intentions: it is a concrete invitation aimed at entities, institutions, public and private companies to integrate gender equality into their compliance policies. According to Aitra, promote the Gender Equality strengthens corporate integrity, improves the value of Employer brandingand contributes to the sustainability of the business.
To present the manifesto will be Florinda Scicoloneexpert of corporate gender regulations and policies and a member of the Aitra Board of Directors.
