Advanced health and fitness monitoring and high autonomy
Air is Fitbit’s smallest tracker ever: it uses various sensors inside a small and discreet device, shaped like a pebble, inserted into the strap. Sensors that enable advanced health and fitness monitoring, such as 24/7 heart rate, heart rhythm monitoring with atrial fibrillation alerts, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep stages and duration, and more.
Device without screen. It is, therefore, possible to find detailed insights on the Google Health app and receive notifications on your smartphone.
Fitbit Air boasts a battery life of up to a week and does not lack fast charging: five minutes of charge allows the device to work for a whole day.
Activity tracking
Fitbit Air and the Google Health app make tracking your physical activity super easy. It is possible to start a workout from the app, follow a guided workout recommended by an instructor or simply start physical activity: Fitbit Air will automatically detect and monitor the most common activities, sending a summary of the workout. Automatic detection improves over time and personalizes based on user needs.
