There is an Italian citizen who has disappeared in Cuba. His name is Maurizio Cappato, he is 63 years old and a former police officer. Originally from Borsea (Rovigo), he moved and lives in Cuba for years but there has been no news of him since August 24th. The daughter, who lives in Italy, has lashed out against the Italian authorities in the last few hours. They are guilty, according to him, of not doing enough while for Di Battista’s case there was total mobilization. Cappato has lived in Cuba for years and disappeared on August 24 when he went on a fishing trip in the Rancho Luna area of Cienfuegos. He never returned home.
