Moulinex presented Ever Fry, the new range of air fryers with Infra Heat technology. Infrared heat acts quickly on food, favoring the formation of a golden and crunchy surface and helping to preserve its natural juiciness. The result is cooking that enhances the taste and consistency of the ingredients.
What makes the experience even more practical is the speed of heating: the air fryer reaches the temperature up to 4 times faster than traditional Moulinex models.
Furthermore, all models in the Ever Fry range are equipped with a viewer, which allows you to watch and monitor cooking without opening the basket, helping to keep the temperature constant during preparation.
Models
The Moulinex Ever Fry range consists of four models:
- Ever Fry Xxl Surface: designed to offer a large cooking surface in a compact format. It is possible, for example, to cook a pizza up to 31 cm in diameter or prepare up to 1.2 kg of chips. The double resistance, which combines a traditional heating system in the lower part with Infra Heat technology in the upper part, ensures uniform heat distribution for homogeneous results, without the need to turn the food during preparation. The product offers 10 dedicated programs: Air Fry, Roast, Grill, Toast, Oven, Dryer, Fresh Pizza, Frozen Pizza, Reheating and Crispy Finish. Dimensions: 423 x 472 x 227 mm.
- Ever Fry Dual Flex: the main strength of this air fryer is its flexibility, which allows you to organize the cooking space according to your needs. The two independent and asymmetrical zones, 5 L and 3.5 L, allow you to prepare different dishes, setting specific times and temperatures for each recipe. Thanks to the FlexCook divider, you can also switch from two separate zones to a single large 9L cooking zone, ideal for cooking bulky foods or preparing meals for up to 8 people. - Ever Fry Xxl Dual: Thanks to the two independent baskets, it is possible to set different times and temperatures for each preparation, without mixing the flavours. The synchronized cooking function allows you to coordinate the different preparations, so that the main course and side dish are ready to serve at the same time. The 11L XXL capacity offers enough space to cook for the whole family. Dimensions: 457 x 360 x 330 mm.
- Ever Fry Trio: with this product it is simple to prepare an entire menu, from appetizer to dessert, in a single cooking session. Thanks to the Sync function, the cooking times of the different preparations can be synchronized, so as to have all the dishes ready to serve at the same time. Ever Fry Trio is equipped with three independent cooking zones: a large 4 L square basket, with double resistance, and an 8 L Xxl lower basket, with a removable divider that allows you to choose between two separate zones or a single large cooking surface. With a total capacity of 12 L, it offers the space needed to manage different preparations at the same time and satisfy the needs of the whole family. Dimensions: 388 x 388 x 495 mm.
