On the occasion of Ifa 2026, Tcl expanded its mobile offering by presenting the new P80 series. Consisting of the P80 Ultra, P80 Pro and P80 models, the family combines high-resolution photography, refined design and innovative vision-protecting technology. Going into detail, after the debut of Nxtpaper Amoled technology at Mwc 2026, Tcl now brings it to the P80 Ultra and P80 Pro models.
The objective is to combine the contrasts and liveliness of the colors typical of Amoled panels with the benefits of anti-glare screens with low blue light emission.
Below is news, features and prices of the new Tcl smartphones.
Tcl P80 Ultra
The P80 Ultra boasts a complete photographic sector with a 50 MP tele-periscopic camera, equipped with 3x zoom and double stabilization (optical and electronic), designed to capture distant subjects while maintaining stable and defined images. The photographic system also includes a 50 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide angle with autofocus and a 32 MP front camera.
The 6.83-inch Nxtpaper Amoled screen with 1.5K resolution offers a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 3,200 nits. Nxtpaper technology combines hardware and software solutions to deliver a more natural and comfortable viewing experience. The anti-reflective treatment improves visibility even in very bright environments, while the reduction of blue light below 3% helps reduce visual fatigue during prolonged use. Additionally, adaptive features automatically adjust brightness and color temperature based on the environment and time of day. Using the dedicated physical button it is possible to choose various modes: Paper Mode simulates the yield of paper to read without tiring the eyes, while Max Ink Mode sets the interface in black and white and limits notifications to encourage concentration and save battery.

The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Elite processor, supported by 8 GB of Ram and up to 512 GB of internal memory. Let’s not forget the 5,800 mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
