The object of our test today is the Pny GeForce Rtx 5060 Ti Oc (Overclocked Edition) graphics card with 8 GB of memory, based on the Nvidia Blackwell architecture. Video card designed primarily to offer excellent performance in 1080p resolution and with the latest graphics and artificial intelligence technologies on board.
Technical characteristics
On board the Pny graphics card we find the Gb206 chip with 5nm Nvidia Blackwell architecture. GPU equipped with 4,608 Cuda cores, with a base clock of 2,407 MHz and a boost clock (Pny overclock) up to 2,692 MHz. Let’s not forget the 21.9 billion transistors and the die surface area of 181 mm². We continue with the 180 W TDP, the additional power supply via a single 8-pin connector and the 600 W PC power supply recommended by PNY.
The Pny GeForce Rtx 5060 Ti Oc reaches a computing power of 24.81 Tflops, while the standard Nvidia reference model stops at 23.70 Tflops. Card with 4 video outputs: one HDMI 2.1b and 3 DisplayPort 2.1b.

Support for DLSS 4 is one of the major strengths of the RTX 50 series. It introduces Multi Frame Generation capable of multiplying the number of frames returned to the screen and significantly increasing perceived fluidity. We also mention the ninth generation encoders useful for creators and streamers.
Pny’s graphics card uses a dual-slot design, with dimensions of 245 x 120 x 40 mm, also suitable for compact mid-tower cases. The heatsink extends the entire length of the board, while the actual PCB only takes up half the space. Dual fan and heat pipe heat dissipation system, with vapor chamber and metal back plate.
The two fans remain inactive when temperatures are low (Stealth mode), guaranteeing absolute silence when the card works with limited loads such as playing multimedia content.

Performance and prices
The 8 GB Pny GeForce Rtx 5060 Ti Oc performs best with latest generation titles at 1,920 x 1,080 resolution, while the 16 GB version also allows you to reach 1,440p. In Full HD, high frames are achieved, even with active ray tracing, in most games, especially with DLSS activated. As for the benchmarks, in 3Dmark the score is 3,733 points (Steel Nomad), in Doom The Dark Age it reaches 120 fps and Cyberpunk 2077 reaches 110 fps.
We also remember the Pny VelocityX software which allows you to intervene on the frequencies and fans, also monitoring the main parameters of the card.
The rating on the heatsink is good, with noise under load that remains at reasonable levels. Similar evaluation on the construction quality of the board.
Ultimately our evaluation is positive. From Pny comes a mid-range graphics card, with a simple look, which allows you to access the latest graphics technologies without spending a fortune. An ideal upgrade for users coming from older cards such as the GeForce Rtx 3060 Ti and especially interesting for those who want to take advantage of the latest Blackwell features without having to renew the entire system. The 8GB of the cheapest version, however, represents a bottleneck that limits the card’s performance to Full HD when using high definition textures and ray tracing.
Finally the price of Pny GeForce Rtx 5060 Ti Oc 8GB purchasable on Amazon for 502 euros. The 16 GB version is, however, offered at 811 euros.
