Private airline Shohin Airlines, based in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, has ordered four Airbus A320neo family aircraft. This is the first ever order with the European manufacturer for the company, registered in June 2025.
A new company “with global ambitions”
Shohin Airlines aims to expand its route network – we read in a note from the last few hours – and to build a brand that represents Tajikistan on the international aeronautical scene. The new aircraft will be configured in two classes: the A320neo will have 176 seats, while the A321neo will offer 196.
Towards regional and international markets
According to the press release, the new aircraft will serve to launch services to regional and global markets, marking the operational start of the young company on a larger scale.
