Over 100 open positions. All for the security guard figure. All in Milan. All for Sicuritalia (a company that deals with security). The company’s announcement was published on Monday 28 September. Here to apply.
100 hires in Milan
The 100 figures sought for Milan will operate in the city and in the hinterland. A significant part of the additions concerns the transport sector, with activities at the Central Station, the transit stops and the railway depots. Recruitments are also planned in the private industrial sector, in technology companies and operators in the energy and manufacturing sectors.
At a regional level, Sicuritalia is looking for 200 people. The other 100 positions (in addition to those in Milan) are distributed between the provinces of Brescia, Bergamo, Como and Lecco; in particular, in Brescia and Bergamo the majority of the new figures will work in the healthcare sector, in local hospitals. At a national level, however, there are approximately 400 hires.
The requirements and how to apply
Candidates must be adults, EU citizens, without a criminal record and in possession of the legal and psycho-attitudinal requirements required for the role. The essential requirement is the willingness to possess the weapon.
The placement involves a permanent contract. New hires will follow a dedicated onboarding path and will receive support in obtaining the firearms license and the prefectural security guard decree, if not already in possession.
At the same time, Sicuritalia is also selecting security personnel (unarmed security), who will work mainly in large-scale retail trade, and operations center specialists, in particular for the Milan office. To apply, simply log on to the company portal.
