Sisal continue to invest in technologies and skills with the inauguration in Naples the new IT Hub designed to increase the company’s ability to innovate while supporting long-term growth, located in Management Centera hub for important companies and cutting-edge universities present in the city, such as the Federico II University with which it has created a partnership for internships and internships.
The structure can already count on over 30 newly hired IT figures and profiles coming professionals from various training courses, especially linked to scientific and IT fields, which will be added in the coming months through a extensive hiring plan.
Over the last few years Sisal has invested in people and skills with a innovation model which does not centralize strategies and technologies only in the main offices of Milan and Rome, but invests in the entire national territoryin addition to that of Naples, it has a IT Hub in Palermo it’s a Innovation Lab in Turin which total almost 50 people. A strategy in continuity with the investments made in recent years also abroad, where Sisal is present with three digital hubs in Türkiye, Albania and Tunisiaand which from 2019 to today have led to almost 400 hirings in the IT sector.
It is in this context that the IT Hub of Naples was born, the first in Campania, a new hub that includes professional figures with a high technical profile: software engineers and quality assurance professionals work alongside the entire Sisal ICT department, spread across Italy and abroad, in the conception, development and implementation of all platforms aimed at internal use within the company and at external for its consumers.
