Teufel presented Cinebar Pro 2, the new top-of-the-range soundbar in the Cinebar series. Designed for home cinema, music and gaming, the fully active system offers a 5.1.2 configuration with ten integrated drivers, including two upward-firing speakers. Below are main features and price.
Surround sound with Dolby Atmos and Dts
The Cinebar Pro 2 uses ten drivers to reproduce different components of sound. The front section includes three coaxial drivers, each made up of a tweeter and a midwoofer, flanked by two side full-range speakers and two 3.5-inch upfiring drivers. The coaxial configuration, which aligns the tweeter and midwoofer on the same acoustic axis, contributes to precise reproduction of voices and instruments. The two lateral drivers and the proprietary Teufel Dynamore technology help to broaden the sound stage, while the upward-facing speakers exploit the reflection of the sound on the ceiling to reproduce the vertical effects provided by Dolby Atmos and Dts. The system also supports major audio formats, including Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS-HD and DTS Digital Surround.
Streaming and connectivity

In addition to audio playback for TV and consoles, the Cinebar Pro 2 integrates features dedicated to music streaming. Thanks to Teufel Home, it is possible to listen to content via AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect and TuneIn, using the Wi-Fi connection. Bluetooth 5.3, with Aac, offers an additional wireless connection mode.
For the management of video and audio sources, the soundbar has two HDMI 2.1 inputs and an HDMI eArc connection, which allows you to connect the television and manage compatible functions through a single connection. The optical digital and Aux inputs, the Ethernet port and the wireless output for the subwoofer complete the equipment.
Deep bass and expansion possibilities

The Cinebar Pro 2 is designed to work in combination with a dedicated subwoofer, which takes care of the reproduction of low frequencies. The new T 10 Mk2 connects wirelessly and can be placed in your home environment, without the need for a wired audio connection to the soundbar. Alternatively, the Select configurations include the more compact T 8 subwoofer.
The system can also be expanded on the surround front. With the addition of the Effekt 2 wireless rear speakers, the configuration goes from 5.1.2 to 7.1.2
Design

The Cinebar Pro 2 is available in Night Black and Pure White finishes, designed to integrate with different furnishing styles. The slim design allows it to be placed under the screen, while management is entrusted to the Oled display, integrated touch controls, remote control and the Teufel Home app.
The Movie, Music, Game, Voice+ and Night audio modes allow you to adapt playback to different contents and times of the day.
Prices and availability
The Cinebar Pro 2 is already available in various configurations starting from €1,299.99.
