Vivo has announced the availability in Italy of the new X Fold6. Below is news, features and prices.
Zeiss photography
The result of the now consolidated collaboration between vivo and Zeiss in the field of imaging, X Fold6 integrates an advanced and complete photographic sector. The main camera is equipped with a large 200 Mp sensor, jointly developed by vivo and Samsung, Zeiss T coating and optical image stabilization. We continue with the Zeiss Apo periscopic telephoto lens, the first mounted on a foldable, with 3x zoom and digital HyperZoom up to 100x. The photographic sector is completed by a 50 MP Zeiss ultra-wide-angle camera.
Vivo X Fold6 also supports Dolby Vision video recording in 4K at 60 fps. The Interactive Cover Screen feature allows you to show animations on the external display while shooting to attract the attention of children and pets for more engaging shots. Finally, with Left-Screen Preview, the images just taken are visible in the left half of the display, while the camera remains open on the right with real-time framing. Thus, users can review and compare photos while continuing to shoot, without switching to the gallery.
6,900 mAh BlueVolt battery
The X Fold6 packs a 6,900 mAh BlueVolt battery into a body that, when opened, measures just 4.4 mm thick. Smartphone with 80W wired, 40W wireless and reverse wireless charging.
Two displays
The X Fold6 features an 8.02-inch internal screen and a 6.51-inch external display. Both panels adopt Ltpo technology, with adaptive refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz and brightness up to 5,000 nits.
Design
X Fold6 combines a refined design with water resistance with IpX8 and IpX9 certifications and dust resistance with Ip5X certification. Two variants available: Black and Blue.
OriginOS 7 Fold
Vivo X Fold6 integrates the new Android-based OriginOS 7 Fold operating system. At the center of this experience is Origin Workbench, which allows you to take advantage of the large foldable display to handle multiple tasks. The Multi-Split Screen feature lets you use up to four apps at the same time, side-by-side in a customizable arrangement. By connecting the X Fold6 to a compatible monitor or television, Desktop Mode offers a computer-like working environment.
