Zegna: revenues of almost 1 billion in the first half of ’26, profit of 28.4 million

The Ermenegildo Zegna group (fashion and luxury) closed the first half of 2026 with a profit of 28.4 million euros, compared to the 47.9 million euros of the first half of 2025 which included 27.8 million of non-monetary capital gains deriving from the fair value revaluation of liabilities relating to put options on minority shareholdings.

Revenues at 987 million

The adjusted Ebit, we read in a note, rose from 68.7 million in the first six months of 2025 to 74.5 million, with an adjusted Ebit margin that went from 7.4% to 7.5%, driven by the Zegna segment.

The net cash surplus of 59.6 million at 30 June compares with the 52.1 million at the end of 2025. The group closed the first half of the year with revenues of 987.3 million euros (+6.4% y/y, +9.3% organic).
