Miele presented the new FrenchDoor fridge-freezers available in built-in or free-standing variants. Very high-end models that house the fridge compartment in the upper part with two side-by-side doors that open onto a single large internal space, while the lower part houses the freezer with extractable drawers.
The free-standing solution in obsidian black
The first element that distinguishes the free-standing FrenchDoor fridge-freezer model by Miele (Miele – KFFD 6867) is the PerfectFresh freshness system, which ensures that high air humidity is maintained to create optimal storage conditions for fruit and vegetables, which thus preserve their moisture content and remain fresh for longer. The PerfectFresh Active technology, present in the Miele – KFFD 6867 model, includes a nebulizer that slightly wets the contents of the drawers and can limit the loss of moisture in the food. The system also offers an automatically regulated temperature zone between 0 and +3 °C.
Miele has also included the Longlife AirClean System filter in the new Miele FrenchDoor fridge-freezer – KFFD 6867, positioned in the air flow of the appliance and which helps to reduce bad odors thanks to an activated carbon filter.
One of the aspects that can often be found in FrenchDoor refrigerators is the possibility of obtaining chilled water dispensed from the refrigerator simply by pressing a button: the Miele – KFFD 6867 model has this function, but keeps it inside. Therefore, to obtain chilled water at any time, simply open the fridge and press the appropriate button, while for ice there is the IceMaker drawer.
New MasterCool FrenchDoor type: the new built-in fridge-freezer with brushed stainless steel interiors
Characteristic of the range is the interior with brushed stainless steel walls, which in addition to the aesthetic impact also promote greater hygiene for the care of stored products. The drawers of the Miele MasterCool range create a climate designed for food preservation, thanks also to the dedicated freshness system. Indeed, the MasterFresh Pro function allows you to optimize humidity and cooling temperature. Furthermore, the Miele – KFMC 3844 FD model is equipped with the Longlife AirClean System to help reduce odors in the appliance.
Characteristic of the range are the FoodView cameras, 4 in the Miele model – KFMC 3844 FD, which allow you to see the contents of the refrigerator directly from the Miele app. Finally, let’s not forget the BrilliantLight Pro lighting system, with high quality LED strips, and the Push2open technology, which allows you to open the fridge or freezer part with a simple push.
