“And so the massacre continues… It’s time for Zelensky to go.” Elon Musk joins the head of the White House on the need for a change of leadership in Ukraine. The Space
Passing the buck on Starlink
Now the former head of the Doge also attacks Zelensky head-on. It’s not a detail. In recent hours, Musk has been brought up for the sudden limitations reported on Starlink, Elon Musk’s satellite network which has become an essential tool for the Ukrainian armed forces. But Musk calls the White House into question regarding responsibility for what happened.
Responding to the former Ukrainian Defense Minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, who had thanked the billionaire for restoring connectivity, the Tesla owner draws a clear line of demarcation between Starshield and Starlink, specifying that the latter is a commercial service owned and under the control of his company. “Starshield systems are owned and controlled by the US government” and “any limits on speed or use are decided by the US military and, ultimately, the president”.
Starlink connectivity at speeds of up to 160 km/h is being restored.
Removing Starshield’s speed limit entirely is now critical for Ukraine’s defense.
Thank you, @elonmusk. We hope for your continued support.

“The use of Starlink is limited to civil or defensive activities and cannot be used for offensive military actions – adds Musk -, because it would be inappropriate for a commercial company”. So who ordered Kiev to be left “in the dark”? According to what a US official told Axios, the Trump administration had nothing to do with the limitations on the Starlink service.
In short, there is a buck-passing game going on. But it is clear that there is an attempt by the White House to isolate Zelensky. Who, when asked if he feels betrayed by Trump, replied bluntly: “Really, yes…”.
