Alto Adige promotes quality, territory and values with authentic taste – Viviana Persiani's blog

The Alto Adige Dairy Federation, together with Mila, Brimi and Vipiteno, launches the first national campaign dedicated to products with Alto Adige/Südtirol Quality Labelsigned by FCB Partners and directed by Paolo Monico. A historic moment for the dairy sector, born from market research conducted in 2024, which highlighted the importance of “meaning and responsibility” for consumers.

The campaign talks about the authentic taste, the origin and the values of a cooperative, transparent and responsible supply chain, which originates in small mountain farms between 800 and 2,000 meters and guarantees quality, animal welfare and sustainability. All production is certified without GMOs and subjected to rigorous controls. Yoghurt, mozzarella, cheeses and skyr are born from South Tyrolean milk: products rich in nutrients but also in values, because “for something to be really good, it must be good for everyone”. The commercial shows the daily work of farmers and processors, ending with a consumer who tastes and confirms with a smile: “Mmmh… Good!”. Authentic goodness, which goes beyond taste, rooted in a united community and projected towards the future.

Matthias Baumgartner, General Director of Mila, participated in the presentation of the commercial, telling us about the Cooperative he manages: «Mila, a cooperative with over 2,000 members providing very high quality milk, presents three commercials dedicated to symbolic products: whole milk, skyr and tasty white yoghurt. The videos talk about authenticity, connection with the territory and attention to sustainability, values experienced every day by the members. The milk comes from cows fed with fresh grass and hay, guaranteeing a natural and genuine product. Mila safeguards tradition, families and the future of Alpine communities.”

Brimi, among the Italian mozzarella leaders, has around 1,000 family businesses that every day provide the highest quality milk, the basis of the cooperative’s specialities. Martin Mair, General Director of Brimi, talks about it: «All production takes place in Alto Adige, where tradition and agriculture have been intertwined for generations. With a sustainable model, based on responsibility, authenticity and fairness, we offer genuine products such as hay milk mozzarella, the classic one and the rennet one, an expression of our territory.”

Rainer Marschall, General Director of Vipiteno, is also a standard-bearer of the tradition of taste and quality of his territory: «The Vipinteno cooperative presents a new commercial that talks about values and community as well as the product. Behind every jar of Vipiteno yogurt there are farmers, families and farmers who cultivate with respect for animals, land and the environment. A sustainable, artisanal and cooperative supply chain founded on honesty and transparency. Not just advertising, but an invitation to discover the authentic quality that comes from respect and can be felt in every spoon.”
