To save all WhatsApp data on Android you need to open the app, go to the settings, then to the “chat” section and finally to the “chat backup” section.
At this point, the procedure is very simple: you need to press “perform backups” and wait a few minutes, so that the chats can be saved to the Google Drive account connected to the device. There is no need to back up manually every day, as you can also set it to start automatically. By doing this, a a certain time of the day, all WhatsApp data (images, chats, videos, etc.) will be automatically saved.
Of course, as often happens, complications can also arise: for example, if the user does not have enough memory on his Google account, the backup cannot be performed. Save all WhatsApp data on iOS
The process to take a backup and save all WhatsApp data on iOS (iPhone) is very similar to that seen for Android. The most important difference in this case is that the backup does not take place on the Google Drive account, but on iCloud, Apple’s cloud system. For the rest the process is the same: you need to go to “chat”, then “chat backup” and finally “back up”. After you have completed this process, you need to download WhatsApp to your new device and follow the instructions to load your latest save data.
