Explaining any accident, misfortune or disaster with the excuse of “global warming” has become the favorite sport of progressive policy, which now lives in an ideological bubble waterproof to the facts. The heat is the new scapegoat: an abstract nebula to which to attribute concrete faults, thus avoiding attributing them to incompetence, negligence, neglect, inattention, the fragility of the structures and bad maintenance.
