Heavier paycheck in October: up to 2,500 euro bonus for 7 thousand Ferrero employees

Heavier paycheck in October for the approximately 7 thousand Italian employees of the Ferrero group (Alba giant of sweets and food products). The Cuneo company and the trade unions (Fai-Cisl, Flai-Cgil, Uila-Uil) have communicated in the last few hours the official amounts of the Award Linked to Objectives (Plo) relating to the 2025/2026 financial year.

“The company and the trade unions jointly express full satisfaction with the results achieved, placing the attention and protection of people at the centre, the importance of social ties and recognizing the strategic role of consolidated and profitable industrial relations,” we read in a note.

Average contribution of 2,500 euros

Thanks to the achievement of management and economic targets that exceeded 90% of the maximum theoretical quota, set at 2,730 euros gross, workers will receive an average contribution of more than 2,500 euros.

The actual amount of the bonus varies depending on the company headquarters, calculated 30% on the overall economic result of the group and 70% on the performance of the specific plant or area. In Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi (Avellino), for example, 2,555.47 euros will go, 2,552.23 euros will go to the Commercial Area and 2,545.86 euros will go to the Alba hub (between the main headquarters and the factory). Followed by the workers of Balvano (Potenza) with 2,540.18 euros, the “staff” quota with 2,536.39 euros and the Pozzuolo Martesana site (Milan) with 2,426.02 euros.

The Ferrero Care brackets

The possibility of converting part of the premium, in increments from 300 to 1,500 euros, into welfare services via the platform has also been confirmed. Ferrero Care. Choosing the conversion guarantees total tax and social security exemption, as well as an additional 20% company bonus.

The awarding of the prize fits into the context of the solid financial data of the confectionery giant. Last year, the consolidated balance sheet showed global revenues of 19.3 billion euros, up 4.6% on an annual basis, and net profits of more than 700 million.

The increase in volumes and recent international expansion operations continue to support operating margins, guaranteeing the resources allocated to the redistribution of productivity in the Italian sites.
