To overcome the problem, therefore, Apple has decided to provide assistance to its customers and repair the annoying fault free of charge, specifically creating a section on its official web page: users can therefore access it to understand if their mobile phone also property whether or not included in the recall campaign.
According to a note released by the company, the smartphones for which the rear camera malfunction was found are produced between April 10, 2023 and the April 28, 2024. Exactly as happened roughly a year ago for some iPhone 12 models affected by a speaker problem, in this case too, Apple customers have an immediate tool at their disposal to understand if they fall within the free repair program.
It will be sufficient to reach the web portal and enter the serial number of the electronic device in the appropriate field: the code can be obtained directly from the smartphone via the Settings – General – Info path.
