Huawei presented the Watch GT 7 series, new generation smartwatches designed for lovers of outdoor activities. The series combines modern design, advanced outdoor features and comprehensive health monitoring.
Refined design
Huawei Watch Gt 7 offers different colors: yellow, blue, black for the 46 mm variant and light blue, pink and pearl gray for the 41 mm variant. Huawei Watch GT 7 is available in three colors: yellow, green and black, in the 46 mm version only. This variant features a ceramic bezel with a scratch-resistant finish, combined with a titanium alloy frame and fluoroelastomer strap.
Sport
Let’s start with support for over 110 sports modes. Users can also download maps for over 3,000 ski areas worldwide. This function serves as a useful guide for beginners, clearly indicating the difficulty of the routes and preventing inadvertent deviations on challenging slopes. The smartwatch records complete descent data and itineraries. It also introduces the industry’s first curve detection feature, which counts short and medium-long curves and calculates their radius. The series also introduces G-Force detection.
In the outdoor cycling mode, the series introduces new functions. Before a ride, the smartwatch generates a detailed profile of upcoming climbs, giving cyclists the information they need to manage their endurance. During the climb, it transmits the slope and remaining distance in real time. If a cyclist approaches a sharp curve at excessive speed, the smartwatch proactively provides alerts to improve safety. After your run, the Workout Analysis feature provides precise training metrics and detailed analysis.
Health
Smartwatch with heart rate, blood oxygen level and skin temperature measurement. The Pro adds an ECG sensor and one for depth.
The updated Health Insights feature now includes a comprehensive morning briefing, personalized physical readiness score and health analysis. At the heart of this update is the Physical Readiness Index, which summarizes data related to sleep quality, heart rate variability, emotional state and active calories burned. By classifying daily recovery into five distinct levels, it provides an intuitive, fitness-based snapshot each morning, helping users plan their day.
Batteries
The Huawei Watch GT 7 series uses high-density silicon batteries. The 46mm GT 7 Pro and GT 7 models offer up to 21 days of battery life under light use.
