TP-Link expands its range of Tapo security cameras with four new models designed for outdoor environments, designed to concretely increase the defense of homes and open spaces.
Thanks to AI-based intelligent detection systems, high resolutions and wide viewing angles, these models promise precise and detailed monitoring, capable of enhancing every relevant visual element and allowing timely interventions if necessary.
Below are the main features of the new Tp-Link Tapo cameras.
Security and flexibility thanks to 4G connectivity and solar charging
Tapo C615G Kit was created to guarantee careful video surveillance even where traditional infrastructures cannot reach. In fact, thanks to 4G Lte connectivity and battery power, with solar charging, it is possible to position it in areas without WiFi connectivity and electricity. The extreme installation flexibility makes it the ideal model for monitoring second homes, agricultural land, warehouses and large open spaces, also thanks to the IP65 certified weather resistance. The 360-degree pan/tilt movement allows you to control the entire perimeter from a single location, while the 2K resolution (3MP sensor) ensures clear and detailed images.
Furthermore, thanks to the two included spotlights, the camcorder is able to record color video even in low natural light conditions. Intelligent AI tracking detects and follows the movement of people, animals or vehicles.
Maximum definition to capture even the smallest details

Those looking for the highest level of visual accuracy will instead find in Tapo C660 Kit a solution capable of rendering detailed footage thanks to the 8MP 4K resolution.
The 18x digital zoom allows you to clearly distinguish subjects and elements even from a distance, while the pan/tilt system, with intelligent tracking, ensures constant monitoring of the area, automatically following relevant movements. Battery power, supported by the solar panel, offers up to 120 days of autonomy.
Wide viewing angle to eliminate blind spots

The Tapo C645D Kit video camera features a dual-lens configuration with 2K 3MP resolution, which combines a fixed wide-angle view with an adjustable motorized lens equipped with advanced Smart Tracking, capable of eliminating any blind spot. The camera angle remains protected by Privacy Zones, which allow you to define specific areas of the field of vision in which to inhibit recording, safeguarding the privacy of personal spaces or neighbors. This architecture allows you to monitor multiple areas simultaneously, maintaining a constant overview. The battery power supply, with solar charging, expands the mounting possibilities even in complex or difficult to wire points.
Stable connection and dual lens

Finally, Tapo C545D combines the double lens, with pan/tilt functionality and 2K 3MP resolution, with the possibility of using wired connectivity via an Ethernet port, ensuring a constant video flow and fast data transmission even where the Wi-Fi signal is weak or absent. Furthermore, thanks to the IP66 certification, the device resists rain, snow and dust without problems.
