The Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra has no more secrets: here's what it will look like

The new Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra will be officially presented on March 14th but the only secrets concern the cost, which at the moment can only be estimated on the basis of price lists already leaked abroad and examined by the editors of the GSMArena website.

The information collected to date, although not yet official, tells of a high-end smartphone inspired by the Asus Rog Phone 8, powerful device suitable for the needs of gamers launched on the market on January 18, 2024.

Among the assets, as we will see, there are also the advantages offered to those who own an Asus computer.

Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra

It is expected in two configurationswith the basic model equipped with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space and with the higher model having 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage on board.

The Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, SoC with a clock speed of up to 3.4 GHz which Qualcomm made available at the end of October 2023. The display is Amoled TLPO type from 6.78 inches (clear inspiration from the Asus Rog Phone 8) and the battery should be 5,500 mAh with 65W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.

The photographic compartment will have three sensors with the main one from 50 Megapixels and an f/1.9 aperture. The optical stabilization will be the same as the aforementioned Rog Phone 8.

The operating system is Android 14 and the device can be purchased in black or blue.

The price of the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra

The basic version will have a price of 986 euros, while the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra with more powerful hardware equipment will have a price of 1,045 euros. Costs to be taken with a grain of salt because they are calculated starting from the Czech Republic price list (and therefore in Czech crowns converted into euros).

If the prices were really those indicated above, they would be in line with those applied by the competition for the same performance.

The Asus ecosystem

Asus provides software that helps create integrated ecosystems and which are the prerogative of those who, in addition to a smartphone, also own a computer from the Taiwanese company.

An ecosystem that makes synchronization between different Asus devices easier and more immediate, including file transfer and sharing of some features that can be used on both smartphones and computers such as, for example, display sharing.

A luxury which, with Microsoft’s exit from the mobile market, is mostly reserved for Apple aficionados who own Macs, iPads and iPhones.
