The contract of healthcare managers, a pool of 137,871 people, most of whom are doctors, was renewed. Aran, the agency for the negotiation representation of public administrations, signed the agreement for the three-year period 2025/27 around 12pm on 7 October. The Minister for Public Administration Paolo Zangrillo was satisfied: “Another respected commitment, the care of citizens starts from the care of those who assist them”.
The increases will not all arrive in the paycheck. The contract provides for full progression over the course of three years.
What does it predict
Healthcare managers will receive an average increase of 560 euros gross per month. Of these, 393 euros come from basic contractual allocations, the rest will have diversified concrete translations in the individual pay slips. The latter amount depends, in fact, on additional resources for allowances. “It is a contract that intervenes in a concrete way on the organization of work, on professional responsibilities and on protections”, commented the president of Aran Antonio Naddeo.
The contract guarantees psychological support and legal aid in the event of attacks. Measures that were taken from the nurses’ contract. Furthermore, allowances will be paid on holidays.
