Last November at the Teatro Grande in Brescia the 69th edition of the Michelin Guide Italy. The long-awaited announcement, the most beautiful one, the recognition that everyone hoped to receive, strongly desired, both by the owners, the Dogliani family, and by the chef, Michelangelo Mammoliti, has arrived: two Michelin Stars have returned to shine on the jacket of the chef. A red that can hardly be confused with the rest.

We parted ways in October 2021: that was the moment in which Michelangelo Mammoliti, fresh from the recognition of his second Michelin Star, announced his transfer to the Boscareto Resort & Spa, at the helm of the gastronomic restaurant, of which he would follow the management and exclusive guidance of the gourmet restaurant, Rei Nature. From that day on, not a single moment did Mammoliti stop being a chef, the wingman of his brigades, the incessant seeker of local excellence and artisans of taste capable of interacting in the best possible way with his ideas. Two years after that beginning, today we are reaping the fruits and recognition for the progress made.

The chef Michelangelo Mammoliti he seems unable to find words but he is happy, with a happiness that has no end, precise coordinates or deadline but which he has already experienced and whose memory is still alive: “At the exact moment I was told to show up in Brescia, I thought back over the last two years of work. Michelin's is a call to which every chef arrives disarmed, almost disoriented. It will remain one of the best days of my life. The certainty of being on the right path will remain, knowing that there is still so much to do”.
