A Russian drone disarmed with bare hands and in a matter of seconds. It is the incredible gesture of an elderly Ukrainian woman, filmed near Zaporizhzhia, one of the areas most tormented by the conflict. The video, published by several local media, has gone viral on social media in the last few hours.

The video shows the woman approaching the device, then bending down and in a few seconds disconnecting the battery, deactivating it permanently. A cold and lightning-fast action, but also very courageous. Drones can be lethal even if they appear to be out of order. These devices can in fact carry active ordnance or be set to explode upon first contact.
