Alba will be the Italian Capital of Contemporary Art 2027, promoted by the Ministry of Culture. The announcement was made in Rome, in the Spadolini room of the ministry, where there was a delegation from Alba made up of thirty representatives: the mayor Alberto Gatto, the councilor for culture Caterina Pasini and the president of the Committee, Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, together with institutional, economic and cultural representatives of the territory, the president of the Piedmont Region Alberto Cirio, exponents of the world of contemporary art, bodies, foundations and administrations local.
