“I think the whole area, the whole neighborhood, heard the explosion. It happened around 10.15pm, 10.20pm. We live down the street, at the end of the street. Our paintings and windows shook, some of my paintings fell. It was really, really strong, it was scary.” Rebecca, a girl who lives near the house of Sigrido Ranucci’s journalist in Campo Ascolano, a hamlet of Pomezia, tells journalists this, where on Thursday evening a bomb exploded which destroyed the cars of the presenter of ‘Report’ and his daughter. “We know who lives here but none of us had thought of a bomb. The explosion was so strong that even in front of my house we were all looking out.”
