“The Festa dei Ceri – declares the president of the Umbria Region, Stefania Proietti – is one of the oldest and most heartfelt Italian popular traditions, involves every year, well before May 15, the whole Eugubin community and tomorrow will be a triumph of magic, enthusiasm and passion. It is an event of which the region has always been proud, so much so that it has included it in its coat of arms since 1973.
