The situation

According to the latest news, i problems on the Vodafone line have been detected since early morning today, Thursday 14 November. Many users have reported significant malfunctions relating to both the fixed and mobile lines. The online portal DownDetector found most of the reports of problems in the capital. Users speak of a totally absent signal, and disservices relating to the internet connection and incoming and outgoing calls.

“Both data and voice connection dead in Rome”is a user’s comment on DownDetector. Someone else writes:“Dead Connections in Rome”. And, again: “I’m in Rome, nothing has worked for half an hour, neither the network nor the telephone, and for half an hour I’ve been waiting to speak to an operator.”

Apparently the peak of reports would have been recorded around noonbut the problems continued even afterwards. According to the latest information, it is mainly residents of the city of Rome who report problems. If around 12.00 we reached 679 reports, at 3.00 pm we were around 200. Overall, 54% of the problems with the fixed network were detected, and 33% with the mobile Internet. Around 3.30 pm everything would have been resolved. It seems to have been a technical problem.

and province, suffered a disservice starting from 11.30 am today and until 3.30 pm. In apologizing to its customers, Vodafone communicates that the outage has been resolved”this is what Vodafone declared.
