Technology, electronic devices and the most complicated devices have now become part of our daily lives. And with them, of course, the charger. One of the most serious mistakes we make, however, is precisely to throw the chargers in the basket because they are broken or obsolete. The value of these objects is high: with a little creativity, in fact, they can be reused in a thousand fantastic ways.
The first way to enhance a broken charger is to recycle him and give him another life. Simply by changing the cable and plug, you can transform a charger with the broken cable into a universal USB charger suitable for various types of devices. But not only that, another excellent idea of recycling is to use it as a power supply for a homemade LED lamp. The obsolete charger, in fact, can make a lamp work.
If the recycling is not our forte, the option is around the corner. With a little manual skills it may be useful to disassemble the charging device in all its components. The cable and plug of the charger, in fact, could be used to recharge other low voltage devices such as radio and smaller electronic devices. After all these tips, however, a premise is needed: before thinking about recycling it is necessary to check the safety of our damaged charger. Often it will be essential to use a multimeter to understand if there are anomalies in the output voltage.
The important thing is that the charger is not damaged or overheated. Otherwise we can get rid of these devices only through two roads: the first is to deposit them in the local recycling center. The second is to entrust them to electronics stores.
