Narwal has announced the launch of Flow 2, its new top-of-the-line robot. Below are main features, news and price.
FlowWash washing system with hot water at 60°C
The heart of Flow 2 is the FlowWash system which replaces traditional washing with a continuous cycle of always clean water. At the heart of this system we find the new Track Mop technology, which represents a radical change compared to standard rollers. While traditional rollers slide quickly across the surface with limited contact time, Narwal’s Track Mop is designed to provide greater depth and persistence in cleaning. Thanks to a larger contact area than that of a traditional roller mop, the system ensures that every centimeter of the floor is treated for longer, allowing the mechanical action to remove residues that others tend to overlook. This top cover is supported by a constant pressure of 12N, which ensures deep and uniform cleaning along the entire path of the robot.
To ensure maximum hygiene, Flow 2 uses 16 precision nozzles that continuously spray the cloth with a constant flow of hot water at 60°C. This temperature has been calibrated to quickly remove sticky and organic residues, without damaging surfaces.
Flow 2 is also equipped with an internal scraper that removes dirt in real time, channeling the used water into a separate tank. In this way, only fresh water at 60°C comes into contact with the floor, ensuring cleaning efficiency up to 7 times higher than roller mops.
High power and CarpetFocus technology
Flow 2 boasts a 31,000 Pa suction motor. CarpetFocus technology uses an adaptive pressure plate to create an airtight seal between the suction nozzle and the carpet fibers. The result is an airflow that penetrates deep into the fabric, extracting embedded dirt with the power of a high-end vacuum cleaner. The anti-tangle DualFlow system also ensures that the robot always remains operational without requiring manual intervention.
OmniVision intelligence
Flow 2 interprets the home environment thanks to the VLM OmniVision model. Equipped with a dual RGB 1,080p camera, the robot goes beyond simple obstacle recognition to understand the context of the home. It can distinguish pet toys, electrical cords and delicate furniture, adapting its path with millimeter precision.
This intelligence supports family-friendly modes, such as pet care and child care, designed to ensure silence and targeted interventions in the most delicate areas of the home.
Automatic maintenance
The cleaning cycle is completed with the all-in-one base station. To ensure a perfectly hygienic environment, the system starts a thermal sterilization cycle at 100°C which neutralizes pathogens along the entire internal water circuit. A dedicated anti-limescale accessory also protects the water circuit by preventing the accumulation of minerals, helping to maintain constant performance over time and increasing the life of the internal components. The station also integrates automatic detergent dosing and a 2.4L dust bag, which allows up to 120 days of maintenance-free use.
After each cycle, the base activates a hot air drying system at 60°C, keeping the entire system clean and odor-free.
For those who have smaller spaces, a version with a compact base station, only 28 cm high, is also available. Station without tanks and with connections to the water mains.
Design
The robot sports a refined frosted glass finish and a silhouette with beveled edges. The “Cyber Glow” light strips intervene to enhance the design, which communicate intuitively with the user through delicate visual signals. The robot maintains an ultra-thin profile of 95mm, allowing it to slide under low furniture and reach hidden spaces.
Prices, availability and introductory offer
Narwal Flow 2 will be available starting April 20 on Amazon and on the official Narwal website. To celebrate the launch of the new flagship model, Narwal will offer a promotion valid from 20 April to 10 May, with €200 off the list price. During this period, the Flow 2 with the standard base station will be available for €1,099 (list price €1,299), while the compact station version will be available for €1,299 (list price €1,499).
Customers who purchase Flow 2 between April 20 and May 10 will also receive a free accessory pack valued at €219, which will ship separately starting in May. All purchases made during the promotional period will also include a three-year extended warranty.
