The new Pam Superstore in Moncalieri (Turin) opens on Wednesday 16 September 2026, in Strada Torino 70. The store covers an area of 2,500 square meters and was born in the former Dea area, which remained unused for years, the subject of a redevelopment project carried out by Pam Panorama in collaboration with the municipality of Moncalieri.
Investment of 25 million euros
The overall investment for the recovery of the area and its transformation into a commercial and service hub exceeds 25 million euros. The project includes works of public interest: interventions to mitigate hydraulic risk, improvement of the road system with the construction of a new roundabout, planting and greenery of the external spaces.
Pam therefore exceeds 360 points of sale in Italy; between direct and affiliated stores, the shops are present in Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria, Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio.
I work for 74 people
The new Turin Superstore employs 74 people and offers over 46 thousand items, with particular attention to private label lines. The fruit and vegetable department includes a selection of products for 0.99 euros. The offer is completed by gastronomy, bakery service, assisted fishmonger, butcher and pastry shop. For purchases, self check-out and the Spesa Self service via app are available, as well as the Per Te Plus loyalty program.
The complex has 420 parking spaces, of which 310 are outdoors and the remaining in the basement. On the energy front, a 130 kW photovoltaic system has been installed, while eight stalls are set up for future charging stations for electric vehicles.
