Egregio Feltri,
Just a foolish question on the bar and on the restaurant inside the Leoncavallo: “Who released the tax receipts?”. If I am not mistaken, they are mandatory as well as licenses to be able to carry out this sort of activity. Thanks and cordial greetings.

Dear Paolo,
Your question, apparently simple, almost naive, in reality, captures with surgical precision the absurdity of a system that has long stopped calling things by their name.
You ask me: “Who released the tax receipts in the Leoncavallo restaurant?”. The most honest answer would be: none. Even the most logical, given that an illegally occupied building should not arise in a commercial activity, or, if it arises, it could not be considered legal.
But the most tragic truth is that nobody cares. We are in Italy, where if a craftsman forgets a stamp, the state massacres it. But if a social center, which illegally occupies the private property of others, without concessions, licenses and legitimacy, opens a bar, a restaurant, and maybe even a bookcase, then everything is fine. On the contrary: woe to touch it. The Leoncavallo, recently cleared, has been a free zone of illegality for decades, passed off as “alternative culture”. Inside, food was used, beer was paid, paid concerts and private parties were organized, all strictly without licenses, without controls, without taxes. In other words: unfair, unpunished and also pampered competition.
And the left, the one that in words defends legality, social justice and the Constitution, was silent. Or worse, applauded. Because everything is allowed, as long as it is “politically compatible”. The law is valid only for those who vote on the right, for those who open a shop, for those who work honestly. For others, self -management is worth. Being left is a sort of license of immunity from law.
You are perfectly right: how can a accommodation exist in an illegal stable stable? The answer is simple: because politics has closed its eyes. Because the judiciary closed the doors. Because the press, in many cases, closed the mouth. And because we have all washed our hands. All accomplices of a hypocrisy so brazen as to make even the most skilled scammers pale.
And do you know what is the most vomitable paradox? That outside that “inclusive” restaurant reviewed even online, as if it were a normal home -free immigrants placed thrown on the sidewalks, ignored, shared by the Radical Chic patrons as if they were the garbage bags. Other than humanity, other than welcome: the poorest disturb. The truth is that we are not faced with an exception, but to a method. Illegality is tolerated if it is red. And every form of abuse, fiscal, building, social, is justified if it arrives “on the right side of history”. Leoncavallo was a symbol. But not of freedom. It was a monument to arrogance of impunished illegality, disguised as culture.
Thank you for asking a question that unmasks a
entire system. And if ever someone will have the courage to answer, I invite him to do it with a copy of the license, a tax receipt, and an extract from the tax return. But I strongly doubt that this will happen.
