In Berlin, Aeg unveiled its latest innovations including ovens, hobs, hoods, refrigerators and dishwashers.
Hobs
SenseBoil technology automatically detects the moment the water approaches the boiling point and reduces the power to maintain the simmer, thus preventing boiling. 8000 Series models equipped with SenseBo Fry extend this concept to frying, maintaining an even pan temperature for even, crispy results.
At the top of the range, the 9000 Series proposals with SensePro. The wireless thermometric sensor measures the exact core temperature of food to within just one degree, automatically adjusting hob settings to help users achieve precise results with every preparation. The sensor charges in one minute and can be used for up to eight hours of cooking.
Aeg hobs offer the innovative SaphirMatt surface, designed to offer high scratch resistance, up to ten times higher than traditional hobs. Those who prefer an even more minimal aesthetic can opt for the Pure Design hobs, which completely hide the serigraphs of the cooking zones: the latter only appear as luminous lines when switched on. To complete the offer, the 9000 Series SensePro model, which introduces an intuitive Tft touchscreen display for the first time on the SaphirMatt finish: users thus have advanced functions such as dedicated cooking advice, timers and quick zone management at their fingertips.
Oven
The 9000 Series ProAssist oven with SteamPro integrates the AI TasteAssist and CamCook functions, which can be managed directly via the Aeg app. The first analyzes the recipes sent by the application, considering fundamental parameters such as temperature, times and ingredients, and automatically translates them into the most suitable cooking settings. The second, however, is an integrated camera that uses AI technology to recognize the dishes inserted in the compartment and suggest the ideal setting of the oven, learning the user’s preferences over time. Finally, this oven supports multiple steam levels, browning control and the integrated sous-vide cooking function.
Hoods
The 9000 Series AutoSense hood uses advanced sensor technology that detects steam, grease and odors in real time, instantly adjusting suction power without requiring manual intervention.
The Series 8000 AuroraTech model uses an intelligent and adaptive system, controllable via the Aeg app, to adjust the color and intensity of the light throughout the day.
The Series 7000 SilenceTech model and the Series 6000 Hob2Hood complete the range: both combine powerful, low-noise extraction with an automatic connection to the hob.
Refrigerators
The new built-in range, with AI CoolAssist Arf, independently regulates cooling and freezing: once activated, this function detects fresh food as soon as it is placed in the compartment, and maintains optimal conditions without the need for further manual adjustments. Rapid Freeze applies the same approach to the freezer, lowering the temperature at just the right time to preserve flavor. During periods of absence, the appliance automatically optimizes the temperature, reducing energy consumption by up to 14%. The Series 8000 MultiChill PerfectFit model, designed with Slot-In PerfectFit technology to be installed in such a way as to reduce the lateral gap to just 4 mm, guarantees perfect flush alignment with the kitchen furniture, without sacrificing capacity.
Dishwasher
The 7000-9000 series of the new Aeg range were created to avoid any complication in dishwashing, making manual pre-rinsing unnecessary and protecting the most delicate glasses from knocks and marks. The brand also presented the solution for eliminating the most stubborn stains: the SatelliteClean Pro system, available on the 8000 and 9000 series, capable of removing 100% of encrusted residues in a standard 90-minute cycle.
