A new item is preparing to make use of WhatsApp even more pleasant and practical: according to what was revealed in a preview by the experts at WaBetaInfoIn fact, the Meta developer team has already started to make an innovative interface available to its beta testers for sharing multimedia files from their mobile phone
The package was included in the Beta 2.24.24.9 version for Android of the famous instant messaging app: the Graphical user interface reprogrammed for Gallery clearly shows its new face, but the changes, as well as a more notable stylistic aspect, should guarantee the user a more practical and rapid procedure for sharing audio, video and photo files.
The first element you notice is the cutting of the entire series of intermediate steps usually necessary to complete sharing operations: thanks to the new interface, moreover, it will also be possible to select multiple multimedia files from your gallery at the same time, simplifying album sharing.
Among the most important innovations detected by the beta testers is the presence of a new button that allows you to proceed sharing in high quality making it no longer mandatory to go through the editor. It will also be possible for users to add captions to albums in their entirety and no longer exclusively to individual photos. The new interface also allows the user to automatically group content into a single “bubble” when a caption is added. Finally, the display in the chat list has been further optimized, from which it is possible to deduce the number of items contained within an album.
As regards, specifically, the characteristics of the new groupings, just two photos with captions will be sufficient to create a album by default and no longer four as still happens today: a way to order and make conversations more pleasant also from an aesthetic point of view.
Despite these changes, however, theeditor it has not been completely removed but only moved: it can always be reached via an icon located near the captions bar to be able to make changes to the images if necessary.
Another peculiar feature is that, although for the new interface to work it is necessary to have a recent version of WhatsApp installed, even recipients with more obsolete versions will be able to view the new contents correctly, so in this case Meta has tried to also focus on backwards compatibility.
