The number of Italian medals in the junior category thus rises to 6 with two world titles won: the first with the men’s quartet and then with the success of Fabio Del Medico in Keirin, the Tuscan from Pietrasanta triumphs in the final sprint ahead of the Japanese Kanata Takahashi and the Kazakh Daniyar Shayakhmetov.
