The criminal bureaucracy that deports children

Dear Director Feltri,

I am writing to you about that poor four -year -old boy who after being entrusted to a family since birth (family that he would now like to adopt him) is brutally torn from the fosses and adopted another

family.

I think that President Mattarella should intervene, who also chairs the CSM !!!

Many cordial greetings.

Gianluca Delucchi

Dear Gianluca,

I cannot fail to express bewilderment and profound punishment for the fate not only of that child you write, Luca, but also of the foster parents, who have raised him with love and tenderness since his first days of life and to whom the little one, who had been entrusted to their care only for six months who then became four years, was suddenly torn away, upon the decision of a tribunal that I did not keep me and me Puncturing him – of the well -being of the little girl giving priority to bureaucracy, which in fact triumphed even on common sense. It is the death of civilization.

This couple, whose behavior was impeccable and which proved to be able to provide and grow the child in an excellent way, made a request for adoption, but Luca was given to adoption to another family. This means – and this makes shivering – that Luca was deported from his home, removed from his, and brought, today, in another environment, between unknown faces, in a place where nothing

He is known and safe, despite being, and we do not doubt him, the adoptive parents very good people. The fact is that in this way an irreparable trauma is realized, a wound of the soul, of the psyche. Which child would not remain permanently upset and marked to life by a violence of this type?

It is about violence. And to inflict it was a court, that is, that institution that should have been guaranteeing the good of the minor, safeguarding it. And the good of the minor – we would also get a perfect idiot – has remained in his Christmas home, staying with his parents, or with that dad and that mother, recognized by Luca as such, with whom he lived every day of his existence since he came to the world, who changed his diapers, have washed him, pampered him, cradled, made to fall asleep, fed, celebrated, loved. Even for an adult it is a shock to be eradicated by his habitat and conducted elsewhere, let alone for a puppy of human being, who does not have the tools to understand what is happening to him.

We think for a moment of his confusion, his fear, indeed his terror, the sense of abandonment that he will inevitably be trying and that he will affect his psyche, on his affectivity, on his way of relating, on his balance and its evolution.

Gianluca, the damage is already accomplished. However, the salvable can still be saved.

That the quibbles and bureaucratic hitches are then overcome, which wins common sense, which prevails the sense of humanity on a law that, when it is applied without a heart, without discernment, without pity, then does not produce justice but its exact opposite.

We report Luca at home. We return to Luca his parents and these parents their child.
