A bit like Netflix, but to have in exchange for technology. This is the philosophy of Subbyx, a brand that starts from the word “subscription” and which, in fact, means to sign a subscription to have the tech object of desire. The Subbyx Box should be added to the two already existing formulas called Johnny and Teddy, “which are then two subscription models that meet the customer’s needs -explains Rocca -: in the first case you pay a fixed installment and every year we guarantee the change of the product with that of the next generation; in the second the progressive installment it drops following the drop in the value of the product”. All this by adding the subl artificial intelligence! Me, which becomes the central part of the interaction with the user. A digital assistant designed to offer immediate, objective and tailor -made support in choosing the service or device that best suits their needs: “The thing that struck me is that 80% of sales are still done through a physical channel. Subl! I is our way of simplifying the decision -making process: it is inspired by the real behavior of users, who are looking for online advice and compare dozens of options before buying a product”.

It was then said of Subbyx Box, the other novelty. In this case, philosophy is “choose not to choose”, that is: just select a band of experience (base, plus or premium), indicate some preferences (such as screen size, memory or operating system) and define a monthly budget. At that point it will then be Subbyx to select and send the perfect device, guaranteeing adequate performance, certified reconditioned quality and up to 30% saving compared to classic catalog season tickets. The “Box” service is currently available for Android and Apple reconditioned smartphones, but still Subbyx has in its offer not only PCs or tablets, but also audio products or ranging in the world of Smart Home and Beauty.

“The goal – explains Rocca – is to create an intelligent and sustainable economic circuit: the new product enters our warehouse only with a subscription started and on the refurbished we commit ourselves to being good at putting them back in circulation as much as possible”.
