They want to indoctrinate us on the reform, No Coherence Day and the ODG: therefore, today…

– Today I accidentally open theFuture (I know, I should do it every morning but it causes skin irritation) and I see this headline: “Faith guide the conversion ecological“. The appeal of the Churches. We have come to this, say goodbye to “convert and believe in the Gospel”, the only path to eternal Salvation, but “convert and believe in the green”. Then don’t complain if young people say: what am I going to do in Church, if it is enough to generally convert to ecology?

– “You cannot say ‘shame’ to a spectator who boos”, said the president of the Senate Ignazio La Russa talking about Rino Gattuso’s comments after the protest from the Azzurri fans. He’s absolutely right. Amen.

So, I am registered (unfortunately) with the Order of Journalists of Lombardy. But if I lived in Liguria, how do you think I should feel about the following course (worth 6 training credits) organized by the order? I’ll quote the statement in full, because otherwise I’ll sound stupid:

Two professions under attack: the separation of careers and the “gag” law. Rules, insights and discussions Genoa. The training course is organized by the council of the Order of Journalists of Liguria with Anm (National Association of Magistrates) and with the patronage of the University of Genoa. The issue of the separation of judiciary careers and the related referendum and laws (Costa and Cartabia) which pose an effective gag to crime and judicial reporters is addressed. (…)

They talk about it:

Francis Gratterichief prosecutor of Naples
Caesar Parodinational president of Anm
• Enrico Zucca, attorney general of Genoa
• Elisabetta Vidali, president of the appeal court of Genoa
Marcellus Basiljournalist and advisor to the CSM
Maximum Gianninieditorialist for Repubblica
• Federico Manotti, president of Anm Liguria
• Alessandra Costante, general secretary of Fnsi
• Tommaso Fregatti, president of Odg Liguria
• Federico Manotti, president of Anm Liguria
• Massimo Ferrante, Unige professor
• Vincenzo Roppo, professor emeritus Unige
• Federico Delfino, rector of Unige
• Marco Lignana, councilor on the Liguria agenda, Repubblica journalist
Mark Fatjournalist of Fatto Quotidiano
Mark PreveRepubblica journalist
• Matteo Indice, Il Secolo XIX journalist

I don’t know the positions of all the guests, but I read the reports on the Odg’s Instagram channel, as well as those of theHandleand I’ll just point out a couple of things. Among the speakers there are: Gratteri (against the Reform), Giannini (against the Reform), Parodi (president of the ANM, against the reform), Marcello Basilico (councilor of the CSM, against), Enrico Grosso (president of the Committee for the No), journalists from Republic And Daily Fact (both against the Reformation). I don’t see journalists from newspapers like The newspaper or The Sheet (in favor of the Reform) nor magistrates of the caliber of Gratteri who will vote yes. Can you explain to me how it is possible that an Association of Journalists, which should practice discussion and fuel it, can organize such a partisan debate? More than a course, it seems like indoctrination.

– Sorry: shouldn’t the ODG represent me too, poor loser “right-wing” journalist? Who should I turn to for an objective and plural course on justice reform? To Donald Duck?

– Ps: “Francesco Gratteri” is not my mistake. I copied and pasted the press release onto the Order’s website. Think about how we are.

– I have no doubt that Gratteri is a high-level magistrate. But I wonder: how is this possible? rare (can we say?) in his spoken and television expression? We eat so many of those words to make a salad. The markedly dialectal accent is annoying, especially in the mouth of someone who should have learned, at a certain age and at a certain level, to hide it when expressing himself in public. He mispronounces some names. Not that Di Pietro was better eh… or maybe it’s a useful feature for prosecutors?

– I more than “No Melons Day” I would call it “No Consistency day”.

But how do you put Fridays for Future, green, war, Palestine, fascism in Italy and school in the same cauldron of protests? And above all: but why, in the end, does he always end up beating up the police?
