The operations of the National Fire Brigade operations continues for 4 days to combat the vast wooded fires that are affecting the area of the Vesuvius National Park. Today the rescue device sees 50 firefighters on the ground and 4 canadair operating for water release and extinguishing substances on the flame fronts in the municipalities of Terzigno, Boscotrecase (via Cifelli) and Trecase. There are also two teams in reinforcement from the commands of Salerno and Caserta and two AIB modules sent in recent days by the Tuscany Region and the Marche region, to support the local teams.
