Shortly afterwards, American President Donald Trump praised her on his social network Truth, sharing a video of the prime minister. “Giorgia Meloni challenges the EU and tries to obtain a direct trade agreement with Trump. Well done Meloni. It’s a brilliant move”, writes the tycoon in the post.
