Webuild – an Italian giant specialized in the construction of large infrastructures for mobility, energy, water and civil construction – has launched a new recruitment campaign in Italy in recent days. The selections concern around fifty positions for employees, technicians, engineers, graduates, diploma holders and operational figures.
What Webuild does and its turnover numbers
The group (formerly Salini Impregilo) operates on a global scale in the construction of complex engineering works: high-speed railway lines, dams, hydroelectric plants, subways and bridges. The first half of 2026 closed with revenues of 6.65 billion euros, an overall order book of 53.7 billion and 7.7 billion new contracts acquired since the beginning of the year. The guidance for the whole of 2026 estimates revenues in excess of 13.6 billion euros. The expansion of the workforce serves to support the main national construction sites, including the HS/HC Milan-Genoa, Verona-Padua, Salerno-Reggio Calabria, Naples-Bari routes and the Palermo-Catania-Messina route.
The roles sought and the details of the offers
The hirings involve various regions (Lombardy, Lazio, Campania, Sicily, Trentino-Alto Adige), with main offices in Rome, Milan, Naples, Salerno, Messina and Bolzano. Most placements involve a permanent contract, accompanied by internship opportunities for junior profiles. Salaries vary from 35 thousand euros per year for operational and clerical roles up to 100 thousand euros per year for managerial positions.
In the technical and engineering area, we are looking for figures such as Junior Mechanical Engineer and Junior Electrical Engineer in Messina, Construction Plants Expert and Project Planning Manager in Milan, and RSPP in Rome.
On the financial and management control front, the selections concern Guarantees Analyst and Finance and Insurance Manager in Rome, Administrative Accountant and Contract Manager in Bolzano, as well as M&A Manager, Corporate and Domestic Operations Analysis Analyst (both for Cost Control and SAP Systems), Consolidated Analysis Analyst and Internal Audit Manager in Milan.
