Bad news for users of Whatsapp: from February 29th some smartphones will become incompatible with the popular instant messaging app. This will happen because the devices in question are obsolete and therefore no longer able to support the app.
In particular, to work, WhatsApp needs devices equipped with at least Android 5.0 and of 300 MB of internal memory. If the requirements are absent, during the next update, WhatsApp will send a notification to let the user know that the service is no longer usable.

If your smartphone is on this list, it means that starting from February 29th you will no longer be able to use WhatsApp. In this case there are two possibilities: change device and move to a more modern oneor choose a different instant messaging service. A valid alternative in this field is undoubtedly Telegram, an app that can be downloaded from any digital store and is full of functions, many of which are common to WhatsApp.
