Roborock has announced the arrival on the Italian market of Saros 20 Flow Complete: a powerful and complete robot vacuum cleaner equipped with an advanced floor cleaning roller. Below is news, features and price.
Ultra-thin design and precision navigation
Roborock Saros 20 Flow boasts a height of just 8.98 cm and the advanced RetractSense navigation system. In open spaces, the navigation module remains raised for 360° scanning and precise mapping, while under furniture it automatically retracts to thoroughly clean tight spaces.
Powered by Reactive AI obstacle recognition, the robot detects and avoids over 300 types of recognizable obstacles. It is equipped with the Stain-Target AI Cleaning function, which detects the types of stains via an RGB camera and automatically adapts its strategy: increases the suction for coffee powder or switches to cleaning only mode for spilled liquids.
Roborock SmartPlan 3.0, the brain behind every cleaning, automatically recognizes room types, learns cleaning habits and selects optimal strategies. The robot can clean beyond curtains by manually marking them in the app, and automatically cleans missed spots if temporarily blocked by people or pets.
There is no lack of automatic animal recognition to avoid scaring them.
Powerful suction
The robot is equipped with an ultra-powerful 36,000 Pa HyperForce motor, capable of lifting even the finest invisible dust and achieving a 100% hair collection rate on floors. We also mention the double anti-tangle system composed of the DuoDivide main brush and the double liftable side brushes.
The floor scrubber uses AI RGB recognition to intelligently identify floor types and automatically adjust the water level. When it encounters a carpet, the automatic protection ensures a true separation between dry and wet by raising the mop roller up to 15 mm. The side brush sweeps debris out of corners, while the edge-adaptable scrubbing roller extends up to 44mm.
SpiraFlow 2.0 pressurized self-cleaning system
Specially designed to tackle stubborn, sticky messes like ketchup, mud and coffee, the upgraded SpiraFlow 2.0 system delivers high-pressure water to the roller through 16 nozzles, offering double the hydration points than previous models. Combined with a high-speed rotation of 240 rpm and up to 15 N of downward scrubbing pressure, it promises complete stain removal in a single pass.
Charging station
The all-in-one station washes the roller with hot water at 100°C and dries it with hot air at 63°C to prevent mold and bad odors. It also offers automatic hot water filling, detergent dosing and dust emptying for an autonomy of up to 65 days. The simplified structure and detachable base also facilitate manual cleaning.

The new Roborock Saros 20 Flow Complete is available at the recommended retail price of 1,499 euros. On the occasion of the launch, the robot will be available for purchase on a special offer at the promotional price of 1,299 euros.
