Honor 200, the smartphone series that focuses entirely on portraits

At the Longchamp racetrack in Paris Honor launched the new Honor 200 smartphone series, which comes with a focus on two main features; a high-level photographic experience and a more accessible price than the high-end models seen on the market. With a particular partnership: the one with Studio Harcourt, a famous Parisian company known for its excellence in portraits. And this is what the 200 Pro model focuses on above all.

The AI Portrait engine

A fundamental aspect of the Honor 200 series is the development of the AI Portrait engine, particularly advanced in the Pro model. Thanks to this technology, users can obtain professional quality portraits, capturing the essence and elegance of the subjects, just as an expert photographer. The smartphone is therefore equipped with cutting-edge hardware and software enhanced by artificial intelligence. The 50-megapixel main portrait camera is equipped with a Super Dynamic H9000 sensor, capable of perfectly balancing light and shadows even in difficult lighting conditions. 4-in-1 pixel binning technology, with a pixel size of 2.4μm, allows you to capture intricate details in images. Another notable feature is the 50MP telephoto portrait camera, which features a custom telephoto sensor from Sony. This allows you to obtain clear, detailed shots of distant subjects, ensuring exceptional photographic quality.

During this time, the team analyzed over 1,000 scenarios and millions of datasets to ensure that the classic essence of the Parisian studio's portraiture was incorporated into smartphones. The 50-megapixel triple camera for portraits includes an updated Honor RAW Domain algorithm, capable of managing exposure in bright areas and preserving details in dark areas.

Honor 200 Pro has a 1.5K Quad-curved Floating display with a peak HDR brightness of 4000 nits. The TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free Display and TÜV Rheinland Full Care Display certifications ensure prolonged visual comfort. Finally, Adaptive Dimming adapts the brightness of the screen to the external light input and the use of applications, ensuring a more comfortable viewing experience.

The device's battery is 5200mAh silicon-carbon, and offers up to 61 hours of continuous music streaming on a single charge. In addition to the Pro model, the series also includes Honor 200 and Honor 200 Lite.
